Day of Coordination Service

Deposit: 50% Price: $2000

Includes 2 hrs. to meet you to gather your finalize contracts list with vendors and create a timeline of your events. 8 hrs. on the day of the event to coordinate all the vendors activities in the venue and ensure that your day is running as plan. Dedicated 1 coordinator; additional coordinator is available for the day at rate of $100 per hour (must book for 8 hrs. min). Total 12 hrs. additional hr. bill at $100 per hr. Guest =>50 requires 2 coordinator for the event, 2nd coordinator will be charged at $50 per hour. Venues outside Honolulu area incur flat fee $200 travel cost.
