Cancellation and Deposit Policy


Wedding Packages and Photo Tours are 100% refund minus $100 service fee 30 days before the event date; 50% refund minus $100 service fee 14 days before the event date; no refund if cancelled less than 14 days or less before the event date or no show.

Wedding planning services cancellations will forfeit initial deposit as service charge fee.

Rental cancellation must be made no less than 14 days in advance before the event date (wear date), as agreed upon per order contract agreement to receive the full rental refund cost minus the $50 restocking fee. Cancellation that falls within the grace period of 14 days window noted above that had advanced alteration made to the dress before shipping or delivery or event day (wear day), the renters will be charge the $50 restocking fee plus the cost of alterations made (alterations to dress or suits or tuxedo are cost charged to renter). Cancellation made less than 14 days in advance before the event (day of wear) per agreed upon delivery date on rental contract, the renter will be charged the full rental fee.


Wedding packages are booked with deposit of $100 to be applied to wedding package booking. If the booking is not completed the $100 deposit will be a none refundable as service charge fee.

Dress and Suit Rental deposit fee of $100 will be refunded 2 days upon return receipt and complete inspection of rented item. Preliminary inspection of the garment will be done on the day of return. If the item is shows no damaged, deposit will be refunded in full in 2 days. If the rented item is damaged (including lost or damaged to rented free accessories and shoes), the deposit will not be refunded. Extreme damaged to the dress, tuxedo, or suit that makes the attire no longer rentable or will cost more than $100 to return to rentable state will incurred an additional damage fee equivalent to the price of the rental fee. Renter must pay all fee on the day of the return.

Rush Fee

Bridal Rental reservations placed 7 days prior to the event date is considered a rush order and will incur an additional fee of $75.00 plus Hawaii GET Tax 4.712%. Booking made less than 30 days prior to event will incur a rush fee of $75 for Photo Tour plus Hawaii GET Tax 4.712%.

Covid 19 Clause

Refund will be issued at 50% of deposit if event is cancelled due to regulations changes applied 30 days before the event, if the client chooses to cancel. Client has an option to reschedule as a result of new regulations and rebook within 30 days of new regulations changes. Rebook is valid for 1 year only. Second rebook cancellation will result in 100% no refund on amount paid.

Cancellations of services booked resulting from client noncompliance with Hawaii Travel guidelines will result in 100% no refund.
